Art Show

Our church had a one week "Unleashing Creativity" week where we were encouraged to go to the art room & create!   Psalms 8 was to be our inspiration.  I took Annie to work one night.  While we waited for our Starbucks (Don't all artists sip vanilla steamers?) I read Annie the verses to see if she was inpired.  When I finished reading the passage she just said, "An octopus...a rainbow octopus."  from verse 8 talking about God's majesty in His creation:

8 the birds of the air,
and the fish of the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.

9 O LORD, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth!

So a rainbow octopus is what we made!

We had soooo much fun working together.
Creating together!
We left the art room wearing just about as much glitter as the octopus.
