First Grade...here she comes!!!
Backpack loaded with new school supplies.
Matching lunch box is a must :)
New shoes...trying desperately to add a little style to her uniform!
First Grade means ALL DAY!!!
I think trying to pose with 2 little brothers
will be the hardest thing she will have to do all day.
Hopefully, because that was tough with no luck!
I always love to get a car pic to really date the pictures.
I will admit...I did get tears in my eyes when her teacher prayed with her before she entered the classroom.
Annie is just happy to get to spend
all day with her BFF (another Annie).
Yep...even if I am not ready...she is.
Have a great first day Babygirl!!!
Jessica...did I win?
We had a little race to post the
First Day of School pics :)
So, so cute! I hope she has a wonderful day!

ReplyDeleteShe looks so pretty! I love her boots! Hope it is a wonderful school year!
ReplyDeleteDang it! YOU DID WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was just checking to see of you beat me and I am cracking up but I won't tell you why until you see MY First Day of School Post. And I just got all choked up at the part about her teacher praying with her...I have been crying on and off all day. Off to post so I can humbly accept second place. Man, I was even giving you the grace of different time zones...and waited until after noon. You are good girl! Oh, and that last pic...too cute for words. That's a keeper!
ReplyDeleteAdorable! I'm sure she'll have a wonderful day. Hope you do too.
ReplyDeleteWonderful post! Have an awesome time in first grade Miss Annie!

ReplyDeleteLibbie, oh I remember the first day, too. How cute she looks in those FINE boots! Say, is it chilly there already? Your kids in jackets? It's 90 here today... Great idea about the picture with your car. I'm gonna remember that!
ReplyDeleteHi Libby,
ReplyDeleteAww... She looks so adorable in her school costume... yeah she definitely ready for school...
Love to see all those cute pictures!!
Hope you have a wonderful week ahead!
hugs,
nensa
She looks adorable and love the boots. Her backpack & lunch bag are so darn cute. Hope she has a great school year.
ReplyDeleteBut why are the pics so blurry, ah, maybe it's just those tears in my eyes. All day! I know she's so ready, especially since she can now even tie her shoes, but......................
ReplyDeleteHow special to have her teacher praying with her as she enters the school, I pray for them both. There's so much to learn in first grade; fractions, telling time, getting serious about reading, I know our girl ready and will love it. Hugs, Annie, love ya MORE!
Nanna
That first picture in particular just sparkles!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...what a milestone!!! She is adorable and looks ready for grade one.
ReplyDeleteI wish she was one of my students..what fun we would have. xoxoxo
Well if the word adorable had it's photo taken it would definitely look like Miss Annie!!!
ReplyDeleteMay God bless and protect and nurture and guide Annie and all little scholars as their minds are molded and fashioned in school. May God draw the hearts of every teacher to Him and to love and protect and train each and every student. May Annie begin a time of wonderful memories and great friendships and a lifetime of loving to learn.
And may God comfort the heart of Mom as I know she misses her baby-girl already.
Hugs and prayers,
Deb
