Lucky

Searching for 4 leaf clovers.

Turns out cousin Nature Girl is pretty good at it.


After Nature Girl found a handful
I walked by to hear this conversation.

Annie:  I have found LOTS of them...I just found one a minute ago,
             but I lost it, so I couldn't pick it.

Nature Girl:  Annie, you are the worst liar ever.

So maybe Annie isn't so good at finding 4 leaf clovers,
but...

...she is pretty lucky because this arrived in the mail today:

    I have never found one either! I would say she is pretty lucky (blessed really) to have a Mommy like you! I know the party is going to be adorable.

    Finding a 4 leaf clover is so great - i remember when it happened to me once as a kid - happy dance! But that poodle for Annie looks very promising as well. Is it her birthday coming along? Hugs for a happy week!

    Oh how cute, and lucky! Must be the Irish coming out in your family! I found a four-leaf clover once while my husband and I were looking for one, we cast it into a little resin square when we were young. A sweet memory for the both of us. I have not ever found one again.
    That poodle is so cute! Is it punched embroidery? Can't wait to see photos of the party you are going to plan with it! :)

    WOW Nature Girl sure is lucky! I have never found one, but then again I have the attention span of a gnat. true.
    The b-day party sounds like fun! I can't wait to see all of the ideas you come up with. We had a 50's night a few years ago at our family reunion and we had the oldest grandkids serve dinner on rollerskates.. Dinner was ofcourse burgers, fries and milkshakes. For only about 45 of us at the time! Then we had a design your own car.. We had huge pieces of cardboard and each family made a 1950's car. oh the fun! This year we are planning on a 1920's murder mystery CLUE game. Can't wait!
