As confessed (and pictured:) in an earlier post, I am fighting the urge to bust out my boxes of garland & have been coersed into putting my kids' trees up yesterday. Well...the decorations are winning & creeping in.
As I wrap my Christmas presents I always put them above the cupboards in my kitchen...toddler proof! They are my favorite decarations because they come down Christmas Day & don't need to be stored! Of course Santas gifts are still in hiding :) Well, I am sure by Thanksgiving my garland will be out & all over the place...where is my self control!
Hi Libbie the middlest sister! It is so nice to "meet" you! Thanks for coming to visit my blog and for following. I am following you too. Your blog is lovely and I will be sending the link to my 2 sisters, especially the middle one (I am the oldest, the bossy one!)

What a cute idea! The presents serve as a decoration above the cabinets and away from sweet children to try and shake them! I don't blame you all for getting excited. I know seeing all the decorations in stores makes me so anxious to pull all my things out!
ReplyDeleteI love your kitchen and the holiday boxes look great up there.

What a great idea! I love it, I am so wrapping presents early and storing them up in my kitchen. I am just so excited that I don't have to worry about hiding my kid's presents and hoping they don't find them before they get wrapped. Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteYou have a wonderful blog. I just jumped over from my friend Mary's blog. I have joined to follow and look forward to getting to know you better.
