A few weeks ago I went to pick up Annie from a sleepover at my mom's. When I got there they said they were just getting ready to make some grape juice. She was just headed out to the backyard to pick more grapes. So, of course, I followed her :)
She was very busy helping Nana.
She knew right what to do.
Clean
Boil
Then the fun part.
Smash 'em!
And as soon as he heard the word SMASH,
Bo wanted in.
And when the smashing QUICKLY got a little wild,
Nana had to step in & help out a little :)
It was truly THE BEST grape juice I ever had.
Can't argue with a purple smile!

Oh how sweet is this? And I could stare at that white colander of grapes for hours it is so pretty. Homemade grape juice sounds just so much fun! I love that you are always armed with a camera!

OMG, Bo is the cutest! I live in a wine region - grapes now everywhere! Had grape-juice yesterday, so delicious!
Wow - what fun!!! I have never done that either! What a great experience for your children to have in their youth! I love that ... but not quite as much as I love that last picture of Bo!!

And may I add, from what I can see, what a very nice kitchen. Love the fridge --- especially the clock on the fridge (wherever did she get it?!) --- and love the cabinetry. Very nice!
