Family Tree

I showed you Annie's rainbow octopus that she made at our church's "Unleasing Creativity" event, but I didn't show you what I made.  I am no artist but I do love taking pictures of people I love, so this is what I made:

Our family tree.   It is actually pretty big...36 x 24.  Just 2 days later when my Dad had his surgery it meant all the more to us.  I gave it to my parents and they love it.

We haven't hung it for them yet...& the little kids are enjoying covering it with fingerprints as they point to all the people they love so much.

Yeah...you might need to make one too.  :)

Thanks to everyone for their prayers & well wishes for my dad.  He is home & has come a long way this past week.  He is doing GREAT!  He really is, so thank you!

That is so lovely! Although with all of the divorces and remarriages and step-children on my side of the family I would need such a big photo frame. Hubby's family is quite small so that might work out nice and neat! :o) xo

What a beautiful family! Your kids are just the sweetest, cutest things ever (even when they are covered in mud). Love Annie's rainbow octopus. I can imagine the glitter being in every crook and cranny! And that Miss Betty sounds like a patient and kind person. The girls had a grand time for sure. How wonderful! Best wishes for a beautiful day! :) Tammy

Libbie, you look just like your beautiful mother! What a wonderful gift for your parents, the gift of love that shows in every smiling gorgeous face. They will treasure it always. I'm so glad to hear your dad's health is improving everyday, every picture shows just why he is getting better, all the love just shows through those smiles. Hugs to all, I know you probably get tired of passing this on for me but tell Kate I say Hello o.k.? :) and that I really need to see pics of her lil croquet party! Thanks for the emotional support... Theresa xoxo
