New Things

I like new things...always have...always will!

These are classics but they are packaged NEW for Christmas.
I am a sucker for the sweet packaging.  You might want to snatch some up for stocking stuffers, the Lilly Pulitzer ones went really fast!  I think they would be great to attatch gift cards to for teenagers so you have something to wrap.  Target.

I made a NEW Blog Button!
I used Annie's silhoutte since I looked just like her as a kid.
I am not in real high demand that I actually
NEED a button but I just wanted one!
And of course my sister has to take one right? :)
Hi Kate.

Another NEW kid find:

I have seen these in designer baby boutiques for
8 bucks but these are from the Target Dollar bins.
Next time I go I am going to grab a handful to
 throw onto baby boy presents.
Wouldn't that be cute tucked under the bow?

The downfall is that every time Rocco
sees his he demands to eat!
He loves flying it around.
Why are all the fun things so messy?

I saved the best for last:

A BRAND NEW BLOG
I am talking one week old!

Shelley, a friend I taught with,
has a new blog
& it would be fun if some of you could drop by & tell her WELCOME!

Today she is treating us to her homeade granola recipe!  If it is even 1/2 as good as the carrot cake cupcakes she brought over for lunch last week...you are in for a treat!

Hope you all are having a great week!!!

That spoon and Rocco's photo with it are adorable!

Thanks for the link to Shelley's blog. I'm following her now, too. I love healthy food and her blog looks to be right up my alley.

Are you still enjoying the snow? My boy and I went snowshoeing tonight right before it got dark. The snow is melting but we had enough to tramp around in! :)

Great ideas! I love the airplane spoon! Where was that when my son was little!! Although he will probably still like it even at 5! :)

Ooo, I must, MUST find those spoons. Cute!

And, coincidentally, I just created my blog button too. Love yours, it reminds me of an 8x10 of me as a child (I had short curly brown hair).

Grabbing your button. I want a button but I have no idea how to make one plus who would want a button with a giant butt sitting on a pile of ashes, anyway. That would be wrong.

Then I am heading to Target to hit the dollar bins. Bob said to tell you to stop filling my head with all these great ideas. I told him to go back to watching Matlock.

On my way to meet your friend. Don't worry. I won't tell her you know me. :-)
