Just Paint & Eat

I am not a mom you will likely hear saying,
"Don't play with your food."

Today we painted our snack :)
All you need is food coloring in milk,
bread,
and artists.

Lots of artists...
little boy artists,

little girl artists,

crazy little artist,
all kinds.

Just paint,
toast,
and then enjoy!

Who wouldn't want a little
sunshine and rainbows in the morning?

This brilliant artist would!

She gobbled my rainbow all up!

Hope you find time to play with your food!

How cute is this? I tried this with Ella and she refused to eat it! I even cut it out in a cute shape. She does not do fun food. :) But I would! I love this!

Such a fun idea! Charlotte is feeling a little under the weather, so some happy toast would be right up her alley!!

What a sweet idea! Now who wouldn't want to eat that toast indeed! Have you ever painted with Evaporated Milk and food coloring on paper? It dries smooth and shiny. Very pretty! But not as fun as this idea as you can't eat it! :)

Hi Libbie, Never, ever have I seen this before, ever! I bet kids who don't like crusts would eat the whole piece of toast after painting a beautiful picture on it. What a very cool idea. Happy Wednesday to you, Tammy

The toast looks super yummy with the "paint" on it. I'll have to try that with Elijah one Saturday morning. TFS.

Sending you much love and lots of beautiful wishes for a very Happy Thanksgiving.
