It is snowing today. It might be the snow that sticks around. These pictures were Rocco's FIRST SNOW EVER pictures taken back in October. I hadn't started blogging yet so I thought I would post them in honor of today's beautiful falling snow.
Whoops! I had only turned around for a second.
Hey, I had my camera in my hand~I couldn't resist.
My neighbor thought I was a nut for snapping a picture before scooping him up.
Good thing you can't hear the little guy screaming.
So you see...Rocco is not too happy that it is snowing again today.

Knowing that he survived, it is a funny picture. Just don't show it to him when he is 13 or so. Otherwise, you will constantly hear this, "Remember that time you made me fall out of the sled, when I was only a baby?" It brings back memories of our sledding trip when Annie broke her leg and Little Fireman broke his nose...
Haha, poor Rocco! :]
Great pics! But I must say, I feel sorry for you that you had to endure snow in October! That just seems unfair!
But then again, I do hate winter! I wouldn't mind if it didn't snow AT ALL! :]
Our granddaughter did not like the snow we received last year, either. Rocco is adorable!
You could send me some snow...it is a crazy 68 degrees here, today. I don't think I ever remember it being this warm in December.
Blessings, andrea
Poor Rocco!
What a precious little guy!
Poor baby......great pictures though and I am so glad I could not hear the screaming. lol
Loved your comment about being naughty nothing wrong with wanting to be sometime. hahahahha
Stay warm
Maggie
Soooooo sweet.
WoW! I'm a Floridian so I've never actually seen snow that sticks, but this is beautiful....and you're little one is adorable as well! Thanks for sharing.
I'm going to second the "stay warm" comment.

oh poor thing. glad you had the camera though :O) how fun in the snow. my kids would go out of their mind with excitement :O)
So cute. I am cracking up at the last picture ( I would have done the same thing)!
Ahh. My daughters would have done exactly the same thing. I'm sure if I had a camera on me all the time when they were little like I do now I would have too. Too cute.
Snow!
Something we don't see very often in Alabama.
And shame on you for snapping that pic.
Just kidding.
Oh, by the way. I love the polka dot backsplash in you kitchen. How did you do that?
Sweet dreams.
I'm glad he wasn't hurt. But on second thought he looked so bundled up, how could he be hurt? :0 Too cute. Keep'em coming.
Too funny...but that is what us blogging moms do. LOL It is supposed to snow here soon too.
I don't like snow. But cute pictures.
I HAVE ENJOYED READING YOUR BLOG AND SEEING PICTURES OF YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN. YOUR DAUGHTER REMINDS ME OF SHIRLEY TEMPLE AND I LOVE THAT YOU ARE TEACHING HER TO COOK AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. I TAUGHT MY DAUGHTER TO COOK YOUNG BECAUSE MY MOTHER NEVER WOULD TEACH US TO COOK...JUST WASH AND DRY THE DISHES....WHEN I GOT MARRIED 36 YEARS AGO I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO COOK AN EGG....SAD. I LOVE YOUR PICTURE BOOK FOR RECIPES.
MY SON IS 26 YEARS OLD AND HAS BEEN MARRIED 2 YEARS...NO CHILDREN BUT THEY HAVE 2 YORKIE FUR BABIES. MY ONLY DAUGHTER JUST GRADUATED TO HEAVEN THIS OCTOBER AFTER WINNING HER BATTLE WITH CANCER. SHE WAS 33 YEARS OLD...NO CHILDREN AND NO LOVE BUT JESUS IN HER LIFE....NOW SHE COULD COOK BUT SHE HATED DOING DISHES. MY SON LOVES TO COOK, ALSO.
HUG THOSE TWO CHILDREN EXTRA TIGHT...THEY GROW UP WAY TOO FAST.

Adorable! Looking at your pictures shows all the love you have for your children.

Oh how precious. I remember doing this with my son when he was around 2 yrs. old. He ended up in the same position. lol
Poor little guy...hee hee, I would have done the same thing by taking a picture first.
Too cute. He'll laugh when he gets older. I'm jealous. It's 10:19 am here and we were supposed to get snow at 10:00. I'll just look at yours a little longer if you don't mind (LOL)
Have a happy Saturday!
i am sorry, but that was SO CUTE! i can't believe that!!
Libbie, I just love coming over here seeing all your great "kid" photos and hearing all their antics! This post was hilarious, glad he's OK, a little snow in the face never really hurt anyone! Your little gal is so cute with the saurkraut dish. I happen to love it, but the most sophisticated we ever got was to add some polish sausage to it. yum. with white bread and butter. Great memories you are making!
Blessings and hugs,
Debra
