The Bear Egg

Can you believe this is an egg?!

Isn't he cute?

I found these Japenese Egg Molds when I was ordering my neice a Bento Box for Christmas.

The directions were in Japenese, thank goodness for the internet!  Just boil an egg & while it is still warm put it in the mold. Then put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.  It stays this way when you take it out.
They travel well in a lunch box & they are our favorite afterschool snack!

If you go to that site you will find lots of other cool things under Bento Box Accessories.

"I want one of those" was my exact words when I saw your bear egg hmmmm not realy surprising is it lol but what was surprising was hubby's comment " we've got to get one" so this means that I can go buy one and not feel guilty hehehe.

We've gotta try this! I was looking at the bento style of lunch boxes online and thinking about ordering one or two for the kiddos. I don't feel good on the days (like today) when I end up using tons of little plastic baggies. I LOVE the egg idea. My kids are all about eggs.
