A Personal Barista

Meet my personal Baristas:
   Rocco

                                                                              and
                                             Bo

Every morning, as we wait for Annie's ride to pick her up, we sit in the front room with her and the kids "whip me up some Starbucks."

Annie takes my order & bosses around helps out the baristas.

No calories AND free refills.
Good thing since I get served
at least a dozen cups in about 5 minutes flat.

Used Starbucks cups wash out beautifully for use in kitchen sets.

You should have seen the excitment when we
added the red Christmas cups to our collection this week.
It was pretty cute :)

Then before we know it Annie is out the door
& Starbucks is closed.

Making memories.
Do you have kitchen set memories?
Hope you'll share!

I hope you leave them a big fat tip!!! And I would like to place a to-go order to be delivered at school Thursday morning. Almond Milk Steamer... Thank you!

This is the best morning routine ever! My children bring in dirt from outside and serve me sand cake sprinkled with bug body parts. Not as cute as your morning coffee ritual I have to confess. I think we may have to change some things.

So we place our orders with Ann? Tell her I'd like one of those no calorie Campfire Mochas. Ingenious idea to enjoy a coffee without the calories. ;)

I'll take a peppermint mocha please! I mainly get served tea by my darling grand daughters. I think we will have to change our menu. What wonderful memories!

So cute and creative! I'll have to keep a couple cups for the kiddos to play with in "the kitchen."

How fun! I can't believe how much Rocco seems to have grown up all at once!

I like watching Sweet'ums play Plumber in her little kitchen. She has what she calls a "fishing pole" (Mardi Gras beads, actually) that she feeds through the drain in her sink and then she gets in the little cabinet under her sink and pulls it out. Maybe her games would be different if she had someone to play with, but somehow I doubt it. She doesn't use her toys in the more conventional ways. :)

By the way, I LOVE Annie's kitchen!

The best Starbucks drinks are free. :-) What a fun little thing to do. You are right, you are creating memories. Love the kitchen set, by the way. Elijah asked for a "Dora Kitchen" for Christmas this year. He doesn't have one yet, so I might have to cave and get it for him.

I seriously just laughed my face off. Your kids are awesome...not to mention, oh so cute in those knee high socks...

and YOUR HOUSE IS AWESOME, lady!

I love watching my little girl in her plastic old play kitchen. Everything is done at lightning speed and she is always making pork chops...what the heck? We hardly eat pork chops, I'm not sure what the deal is. Then she puts stuff in the lil microwave and stands back and says 'BANG, BANG, BANG...' like it's exploding. I try to tell myself that it must be popcorn she is thinking of and not the nine thousand times I put things like tin foil in our microwave...:)

Friend, I LOVE your family, I really do.

I bet it's the best tasting coffee you've ever had, isn't it? Your kids will definitely have some amazing memories! My cousin had a little kitchen set and I loved to play with it. Now I even love to play with my 2 year old niece in her kitchen...some things you just never outgrow! Have a fantastic week Libbie!

First thing I thought was LOOK AT HOW BIG ANNIE IS STANDING NEXT TO THE PLAY KITCHEN! She is growing too fast. I think you should stop feeding her for a while:) I never had a play kitchen growing up but some of my friends did and I basically live in them when I was over at their houses. Good times!

ha ha... good thing those 15 cups didn't have caffeine, either!! I hear there is a good new drink there.... something sweet and salty... lots of girls at work are talking about. I must try it, soon!

Your guys (and gal) sure have a nice kitchen set-up over there. I do remember having an Easy Bake Oven when I was about 9 or 10. Whipping up those little mixes was so easy and fun. :) Have a wonderful weekend. Tammy

Wow! That is one amazing (and HUGE) kitchen play area y'all got there :)

I do remember playing with a kitchen play set at school, but I did not have one at home.

My 2 1/2 year old has a set of play pots & pans that my MIL gave him for Christmas. He loves to play with it! And he enjoys the real thing helping me out in the kitchen.

Very cute! I love your Annie's version of Starbucks! Those are some adorable Baristas for sure. The cups are really nice, it does seem a shame to me to throw them away. :)

Blessings for a beautiful Thanksgiving season.
